We do not sell or disclose the personal information we collect about you, and we only use it as previously described.
We may share your personal information with carefully selected third-party service providers who process it on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. These providers are strictly prohibited from using or disclosing the information for any purpose other than performing the services we require or complying with legal obligations. Web hosting providers are one such example.
However, we may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if you violate our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.
Please note that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. All customers should be aware of this limitation.
Article 4 - Wix.com
Our websites are hosted on WIX.COM.
Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and general Wix applications. Your information is kept on secure servers protected by a firewall.
Payment
If you make a transaction through a direct payment gateway, Wix will store your credit card details. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The details of your purchase transaction are retained only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once the transaction is finalized, the purchase details are deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative initiative involving companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our site and its service providers.
For more information, please refer to the Terms of Use of WIX.COM.
Article 5 – Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers we work with will only collect, use, and disclose your personal information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers—such as payment gateways—have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to share with them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully so you can understand how your personal information will be handled by them.
Please note that some third-party service providers may be located—or have facilities located—in a jurisdiction different from yours or ours. Therefore, if you choose to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party provider, your personal information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway based in the United States, your personal data used in that transaction may be subject to disclosure under U.S. legislation, including the Patriot Act.

If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we comply with all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional, generally accepted industry standards.
Article 7 - Age of consent
