SARL OBORDELEAU is committed to protecting, as effectively and securely as possible, the privacy of its clients and visitors to the websites of our holiday rentals (La Réserve) and our restaurant (Le Belvédère).

When you browse our websites, we automatically receive your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. This allows us to gather details about your browser, operating system, pages visited, as well as the date and time of access. Our websites are hosted on WIX.COM.

Your data is stored through Wix’s data storage, databases, and general Wix applications. Your information is kept on secure servers protected by a firewall.

Payment

If you make a transaction through a direct payment gateway, Wix will store your credit card details. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The details of your purchase transaction are retained only as long as necessary to complete your order. Once the transaction is finalized, the purchase details are deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a collaborative initiative involving companies such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

The PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our site and its service providers.
